Free Delivery on all Orders to UK Mainland. Check Individual Product for Expected Delivery Dates.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you don't, you have up to 30 days after delivery to return your item. Please note that customers are responsible for the costs of returning the items back unless we delivered the item to you by mistake. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and has not been installed, used, or modified. We stand by our products - if your order arrives damaged or defective or you'd like to order replacement parts, we can help right away.

A few exceptions to note: * Non-returnable Items. We cannot accept returns on items that are personalized or customized to your specifications. Any items that are non-returnable will be clearly marked before you place your order.

* Extended Return Policy for Holidays & Registry. You may return holiday purchases (orders placed between November 1 and December 25) until January 31.
